Fees
Appointments & Sessions
- Sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration
- Sessions may take place:
- Face-to-face
- Online
- Telephone
- Walk & Talk (where agreed)
- Wherever possible, sessions will take place at the same time each week
- Session fees will be clearly communicated prior to booking
- Payment methods may include bank transfer or cash (where applicable)
- Payment details will be provided upon request or at the time of booking
Payments
Sessions must be paid for in accordance with the agreed terms.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a session
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee
- Late arrival may result in a shortened session, which remains fully payable
If your counsellor needs to cancel, at least 48 hours’ notice will be given wherever possible.
